“Main Entrance”

Our main entrance is surrounded by a small Japanese garden.

“Drawing Rooms”

From the room, you can see the beautiful scenery of our Japanese garden. It is Japanese style room with Tatami and Horigotatsu (dug-chair with kotatsu table).

“Hinai Chicken Kijiyaki-don”

Hinai Chicken is one of the Japan’s three famous regional-bred chickens, along with Satsuma Chicken and Nagoya Cochin. We grilled the thigh, dressed with special soy sauce, and served with bowl of rice.

“Hinai Chicken Oyako-don (bowl of rice with chicken and egg)”

We stewed several good parts from Hinai Chicken with onions and Shitake mushrooms. Before you eat, we put the eggs in the heating meal. You can cook the eggs as you like; soft and smooth or firm and rich.

“Akita Zukushi”

Variety of Akita’s famous dish all together: Hinai Chicken, Cooked Bamboo Sprout, Rice Cooked with Sansai (edible wild plants), Hinai Chicken Meatballs, with Inaniwa Udon Noodle.

“Ryokuto (Mung beans) Inaniwa Udon Noodle”

Inaniwa Udon Noodle, mixed with Mung beans in the making process, has smooth and firm texture.
